Answer:
This site caters for Australian Citizens, living in Australia. We don't provide membership to people from other countries to sell their firearms on Used-Guns.com.au The main reason is that all firearms must display a Firearms Serial Number which can be verified by State Police.
Answer:
No, you can register for membership without a firearms licence. You do need to become familiar with your State Firearms laws before you make and offer or bid on an Auction item. Some States require you to have a "permits to acquire" before you can purchase a firearm and have it shipped to your Nominated Firearms Dealer
Answer:
Any member wishing to place an offer to purchase or bidding on an Auction on the Site, should first contact a registered firearms dealer who lives close to them. Ask them for their consent to use them as a transferring dealer for your purchase and inquire about the fees involved in the transfer and holding of your purchased firearm until your licence is approved. Make sure that you are familiar with the licensing procedures in your state prior to purchasing. All interstate firearms sales must go through a licensed firearms dealer to firearms dealer transaction.
